Information about this incident and a simple way to see if you may qualify to be connected with independent attorneys.
Consumers in the US, UK, EU and elsewhere report recurring charges from "Hint App" or "HINTAPP.COM" (an app offering AI sketches, "Soulmate Prediction Sketch" readings, astrology and relationship tools). Reported amounts are commonly $29.99–$34.99 and range up to about $45 per period, sometimes more than once a month; many reports from early September 2026 cite $34.99.
Many consumers say they never downloaded the app, created an account or consented to a subscription. Others describe a free trial, ad funnel, or small one-time charge that converted into recurring billing without clear disclosure of auto-renewal terms.
Complaints include 200+ on sikayetvar.com from June 2026 onward, plus Trustpilot, ScamPulse and PissedConsumer, with a new wave of reports in September 2026. No class action had been filed as of the original reports.
Possible remedies, if any, depend on the facts of your situation and applicable law and may include, for example, refunds of unauthorized charges. No outcome or payment is guaranteed.
