Information about this incident and a simple way to see if you may qualify to be connected with independent attorneys.

What happened

In early August 2026, Ipsy subscribers across Glam Bag, Extra, and Ultimate tiers reported billing problems. Members who say they cancelled their Ultimate subscription in June were still charged in August. Subscribers also report that, because of that charge, many Extra box orders were not processed and their customized selections were lost.

  • Reported charges on cancelled Ultimate plans
  • Reported dropped Extra box orders and lost product selections
  • Initial support reportedly refunded only the charge; late shipments and bonuses reportedly came after escalation
  • Numerous complaints on Reddit and subscriber forums

Possible remedies

Possible remedies, if any, depend on the facts of your situation and applicable law and may include, for example, refunds of charges made after cancellation. No outcome or payment is guaranteed.
