Charged Monthly by MyIQ After Paying $1 for IQ Test Results? Learn About Your Options

Information about this incident and a simple way to see if you may qualify to be connected with independent attorneys.

What happened

Consumers in the US and Europe report that after paying a small fee of $0.50–$1 to view IQ test or quiz results on MyIQ, they were enrolled in recurring monthly charges of approximately $24.99–$31.97 (commonly $29.99, or €29.99–€30) without clear consent or disclosure of the recurring nature. Consumers say auto-renewal terms appeared only in fine print or emails while payment cards were saved for automatic billing.

  • Reported hidden fees and unclear auto-renewal terms
  • Reported lack of in-app cancellation and ignored support emails
  • Reported billing after cancellation attempts and disputes
  • Reported refusal of full refunds or partial credits only

Complaints include 284–290+ on sikayetvar.com, plus Trustpilot, ScamPulse, Reddit and forums, including from SC, MO, NM and MI.

Possible remedies

Possible remedies, if any, depend on the facts of your situation and applicable law and may include, for example, refunds of unauthorized charges. No outcome or payment is guaranteed.
