Information about this incident and a simple way to see if you may qualify to be connected with independent attorneys.
Several lines of SHEIN children's pajamas have been recalled because, according to federal safety reports, they fail to meet mandatory federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear (16 CFR Parts 1615 and 1616), which are designed to protect children from fire hazards.
Sleepwear that does not meet these fire-resistance requirements can ignite if exposed to a heat source such as a candle, space heater or stovetop, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.
If you purchased children's sleepwear from SHEIN, stop using the recalled items and follow the recall instructions. You can see if you may qualify to connect with an independent attorney.
Possible remedies, if any, depend on the facts of your situation and applicable law and may include, for example, a refund. No outcome or payment is guaranteed.
