Information about this incident and a simple way to see if you may qualify to be connected with independent attorneys.
US consumers who sought weight-loss and GLP-1 medications (including Tirzepatide) through the TrimRx telehealth service report unauthorized recurring subscription charges. Customers who signed up for 1–6 month programs, or believed they were making a one-time purchase or starting a limited trial, report being billed for 12 months or longer, with some reporting repeated billings exceeding $700.
Consumers report that support acknowledged cancellation requests in writing but charges continued and full refunds were not issued, leading to bank disputes and chargebacks.
A Change.org petition has been started by consumers.
Possible remedies, if any, depend on the facts of your situation and applicable law and may include, for example, refunds of unauthorized charges. No outcome or payment is guaranteed.
